Usability Engineering is a software development model including a set of methods and techniques that focus on designing usable software products (programs, multimedia CD-ROMs, websites etc.). Important questions include if tasks can be solved adequately, if the software is comprehensible and easy to learn and if errors can easily be corrected. One can roughly differentiate between the phases requirements analysis, usability evaluation and the actual design.

We offer a variety of methods concerning all of these aspects. The transfer of scientific knowledge into practise is of particular importance.
